The comfort apartment Haus Hofstötter is located on the outskirts of Mittersill, in a quiet and sunny location, but only a 10-minutes walk from the center. It has its own guest parking lot, a ski cellar and a bike garage. The garden can be shared by our guests.
The outdoor pool is nearby, numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails lead directly from the house. The Pinzga cross-country ski run is only 5 minutes away and numerous ski areas can be reached within 30 minutes.
All rooms of our multi-storey apartment are well maintained, the equipment is modern and spacious. The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
On the ground floor there is the living room with satellite TV, radio and a cozy dining area, a toilet and the fully equipped comfort kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, kettle, mixer etc.
An internet connection (fair use) via WLAN for the laptop brought along is available.
On the first floor there is the double bedroom, the cabinet with double sofa, the bathroom with shower and bidet and a separate toilet.
In the basement there is the ski cellar, a laundry room with washing machine and an additional shower. The price includes local tax, garbage and electricity fee, heating and hot water, bed and table linen and towels.
